What does this system analyse?

All pole, column and mast structures up to a 30m height depending on the load (including portals), support structures, anchors and foundations can be tested for material strength, material fatigue, oscillatory behaviour and stability.

Non-destructive load testing - the directional and material-conserving application of test load uses partial pressure combined with the no-contact laser measuring technique, preventing collapse and canting of the structure.

Dynamic 3D Analysis

The Dynamic 3D analysis test measures the structural soundness of the pole above the 1.2M point where the static test finishes. Through the lasers and 3D Camera technology this analysis can show if any welds or attachments to the pole are a structural issue.

This information is determined using oscillation measurements and the resonance is viewed during and after the testing on site. Oscillation measurement on the structure is produced by applying a smaller load than the first static load (approx 30% less) to the structure at the same height of 1.2M. This load is then released and the resulting action creates an oscillation effect which is picked up by the laser and 3D camera software.

Rei-Lux then determine the result of the Dynamic 3D analysis test using data produced by the on-site computer. Please refer to examples below. (click on each to enlarge)
